RN/LPN OPPORTUNITY (SPECIALTY SERVICES/PRIVATE DUTY)

ContinuCare HealthServices, Inc., an industry leader in Home Healthcare, has a new opportunity for an experienced RN or LPN to join our Specialty Services team.  The RN/LPN is a qualified professional who administers physician ordered care to the client.  This may occur in the home setting or in an alternate location such as a hospital or assisted living facility.  While providing care in the home, the Nurse is under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Liaison and the Specialty Services Manager and while in an alternate care facility, the Nurse is under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager and must also meet qualfications and requirements of specific facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional License/Certification: (1) RN/LPN with an active TN license, (2) CPR Certification
• Education: Associates/BS degree in Nursing or graduate from an accredited school of nursing or school of practical nursing.
• Experience: Minimum one (1) year supervised experience as an RN or LPN within the last three years if providing care in a facility, and or if providing care in a home setting, demonstrates the emotional maturity, knowledge and clinical skills necessary to provide quality care under minimal supervision.
