Immanuel Communities is seeking a Associate Executive Director to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

What You Will Do

The Associate Executive Director will conduct the operations of the areas of which they are assigned and assist the Executive Director in the successful leadership of the assigned Immanuel community. This position has extensive interaction with residents, staff, visitors and some vendors and is expected to provide the highest levels of customer service, dignity, compassion and respect with every interaction

Skills & Requirements

Current Iowa Nursing Home Administrators License, or willing to obtain one within 6 months if hired

Bachelors Degree in Management, Health Sciences, or related field is required.

Five (5) years of progressive job growth in managing a continuum-of-care, assisted living, or skilled care community for senior citizens is required.
