Legacy Coop is looking for an experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Main Street Market in Scottsbluff, NE. This position can be either Full-Time or Part-Time depending on the ideal candidate.

The Front End Supervisor is responsible for managing the front end operations of Main Street Market, including customer service, cash management, and retail management.

The supervisor ensures the front end operations are running smoothly and efficiently, and is responsible for training and supervising the front end staff. The supervisor will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring that customer service standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, retail management, and cash management. The Front End Supervisor must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and organizational skills. The supervisor should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
