Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Analyst: - Use SQL to pull and analyze data, pinpointing opportunities to streamline and clean up system configurations.
- Ensure accuracy in network and agreement setup to support correct provider payments and member cost sharing.
- Configure and maintain network and agreement data within the Facets system, supporting both new builds and updates.
- Conduct end-to-end validation of configurations using claims testing, SQL, and Excel to confirm accurate claims processing and reimbursements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues independently, acting as a go-to resource for the Business Configuration team.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Provider teams to foster a unified, solution-focused approach to configuration management.
- Stay on top of your workload and meet turnaround and quality standards with minimal oversight.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and recommend smarter ways to optimize processes and system performance.
- Help support training efforts, special projects, and ongoing team development by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex configuration tasks.
Required Skills for Data Analyst: - 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- 3+ years working within a core claims administration
- SQL/Database experience
- Experience with Facets in a managed care setting using Claims, Provider, Network, Product Benefit Configuration
- Experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare programs and reporting
- Experience with Claim Adjudication and provider reimbursements
