Submission Requirements:
DE or Compact License in hand, RN License# and exp date, List of certs with exp dates ALL RTO (Any request after initial submission will not be considered or approved)
Rule 2 Years of experience in specialty required;
no exceptions Nurse Manager Screening/Interview
All callouts for scheduled shift(s) will require make up shift(s) as deemed necessary by department. Call Requirement: None Holiday Requirement: Yes Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Float requirement: Yes to areas within acuity
