• 4 days a week/ day off will rotate depending on call schedule to allow for post call day off On call requirements- every 3-4 days Will float to sister facilities if needed.
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• ACLS
• Will float to sister facilities if needed.
