Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Title: Nurse Practitioner - Turlock, CA

Location: Turlock, CA

Shift: Mon - Fri (9AM - 5PM)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical examinations and review medical histories
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, X-rays)
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop patient care plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in California - REQUIRED
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and diagnostic skills
• Willing to relocate to Turlock (Relocation Bonus provided)
