Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisor
• Interact with Service vlients to address vehicle issues and manage expectations
• Work as part of a Team to solve problems and implement solutions
• Act as point person and trusted Advisor for our service customers
• Educate and offer Customers services for their vehicle needs
• Be proactive in anticipating Customer needs
• Answer customer calls and provide follow up
• Greeting customers in the service lane
