Job Title: Cafeteria Associate, Part-time (20 hours a week)

Reports to: Principal

Classification: Hourly/Nonexempt

Overview:

St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School is seeking a part-time Cafeteria Associate to assist the cafeteria manager with lunch preparation and serving students in the school lunch program.

Job Responsibilities:

Help coordinate, cook, and serve all school lunches along with any special events planned by the principal.
Coordinate with the online lunch company for the lunch calendar and billing.
Coordinate all lunch volunteers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen before and after lunch.
Ensure all health codes are followed and to ensure all health inspections are passed.
Purchase and receive all food needed.
Inform the principal of any needs or concerns
Keep the facilities manager informed of all cafeteria/kitchen maintenance needs.
Work with other organizations in need of using the kitchen.
Train volunteers working in the kitchen.
Follow all health codes and safety regulations.
Upholds Catholic values and is a good role model.
