• Full-time permanent position
• 3/8s or 4/8s work week schedule discussed during interview (1 Saturday rotation every other month)
• About 8-12 patients per day
• The provider must be able to conduct preventative and wellness care, vaccines, walk-ins, and medical urgent care for all ages
• Must have at least 2 years of experience
• WI license in hand or in the process
